AHS is seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel management to oversee the operations of luxury estates within our portfolio. This role demands a professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of delivering the highest standards of service and maintenance expected in luxury hospitality environments. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the estate, managing staff and vendors, and providing an unparalleled living experience for the residents. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of luxury estates, ensuring impeccable standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and service. Manage, train, and supervise all estate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to deliver high-quality services. Develop and manage budgets, procurement, and inventories efficiently. Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols compliant with legal and industry standards. Leverage 5-star hotel management experience to enhance guest/resident experiences and service delivery. Plan and execute special events, ensuring flawless hospitality and logistics. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all interactions. Requirements Proven experience as an Estate Manager with a background in 5-star hotel management or luxury hospitality. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of estate operations, maintenance, and service standards. Ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams. Experience managing budgets, inventories, and vendor relationships. Understanding of health, safety, and security regulations. High attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. Proficiency with relevant software and technology. Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work irregular hours as required.
