Description
Opportunity
Edged Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure.
We are seeking a ERP Integration Lead to join Edged Infrastructure to serve as the dedicated representative for our TurboCell and Edged Infrastructure operating groups during the upcoming parent-company ERP rollout. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our specific business units and the Endeavour centralized ERP core team.
Your mission is two-fold: ensure the new Endeavour ERP system is customized and configured to support the high-performance, specialized workflows of both TurboCell and Edge Infrastructure, while simultaneously shielding our engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams from the administrative burdens of the rollout so they can focus on daily targets.
This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Group Advocacy & Workflow Mapping
Understand Group Needs: Deeply analyze and document the distinct operational workflows, inventory management, supply chain, and billing needs specific to both the TurboCell and Edged Infrastructure business units.
Tailor the System: Advocate to ensure the Endeavour ERP configuration accommodates our groups’ specialized engineering and infrastructure deployment cycles rather than forcing a generic corporate template.
Change Management: Serve as the internal champion for TurboCell and Edged Infrastructure, translating system changes into clear impacts for our teams and driving local user adoption.
Endeavour Parent Company Representation
Be Our Unified Voice: Act as the sole point of contact representing TurboCell and Edged Infrastructure in all Endeavour corporate ERP steering committees, workshops, and technical design sessions.
Requirement Alignment: Translate our groups' technical and operational requirements into functional specifications for the Endeavour central IT/ERP team.
Escalation Management: Defend and prioritize the critical system requirements of our groups when conflicting timelines or global configuration decisions arise at the Endeavour corporate level.
Operational Shielding & Resource Management
Protect Daily Bandwidth: Absorb the heavy lifting of the rollout—including meeting attendance, initial data cleansing, and technical triage—keeping the disruption to TurboCell and Edged Infrastructure’s day-to-day work to an absolute minimum.
SME Optimization: Strategic pull in local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from TurboCell and Edge Infrastructure only when critical validation is required, ensuring their time is used efficiently.
Testing & Training Coordination: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for our groups and design a streamlined training rollout that fits seamlessly into our teams' production and deployment schedules.
Education, Experience & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or technical operations. Direct experience navigating ERP rollouts (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) within a complex parent-subsidiary corporate structure is highly preferred.
Industry Acumen: Familiarity with high-tech manufacturing, hardware/cell production (TurboCell context), or localized technology deployments and cloud/hardware environments (Edged Infrastructure context) is a major plus.
Corporate Diplomacy: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence Endeavour corporate stakeholders while remaining deeply empathetic to the day-to-day realities of local operational teams.
Boundary Management: A proven ability to manage project scope, say "no" when necessary, and aggressively prote
