ERP Consultant – Implementation International Customers – Growing Industry – Strong Vertical Solution We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with expertise in production planning to join our team. As a pivotal member of our company, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ERP systems, focusing specifically on production processes within the print and packaging industry. In your role as an Implementation Consultant, you will report directly to the Consultant Manager and engage with our exciting customers in the print and packaging industry. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting GAP analysis, system specifications, manage on-site implementation, training super users, and coordinating with stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will involve: Conducting GAP analysis and pre-analysis on-site to understand the capabilities of both the standard solution and DynamicsPrint, identifying needs and potential gaps. Managing system implementation and onboarding. Facilitating user training and ensuring a smooth transition to the new systems for employees. Provide continuous support and make ongoing improvements to ERP solutions based on the company’s evolving needs. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders in the print and packaging sector to ensure that the solutions meet expectations and deliver tangible value. Coordinating with stakeholders (customers and partners). Learning and adapting quickly, with the expectation to independently manage projects after initial guidance in collaboration with internal and external project managers and developers. What We’re Looking For: Specialist, manager from the print industry or consultant with ERP experience. You should have a strong background from the printing industry or ERP systems, excelling in functional expertise and communication, demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt in dynamic environments. An as individual, you’re characterized by your ability to manage diversity, work independently, and possess adaptability, teamwork, quick learning, and good communication skills. Experience with relevant print software or ERP software such as Microsoft, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is preferred, especially with a focus on supply chain, production planning and optimization. Your experience may come from roles as pre-press, other specialist functions or middle management in the printing and packaging industry, or an internal or external ERP consultant. Ideally, you have a relevant education within graphical design/production, a degree in economics, IT, or a related field.
