Lead Safe and Efficient Rigging Operations Across Major Industrial Sites  EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rigging Supervisors for upcoming shutdown, maintenance, and project opportunities throughout the Gladstone region.  This opportunity is suited to hands-on leaders with strong experience supervising rigging, lifting, dogging, crane coordination, and site-based maintenance activities across LNG, oil and gas, mining, resources, and heavy industrial environments.  About the Role  As a Rigging Supervisor, you will lead rigging crews on site, ensuring lifting and rigging activities are planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with client, site, and regulatory requirements.  Key responsibilities include:  Supervising rigging, dogging, lifting, crane, shutdown, maintenance, and project work scopes  Leading rigging crews and coordinating daily work activities, resources, and priorities  Reviewing lift plans, permits, risk assessments, and work packs prior to execution  Ensuring lifting equipment is inspected, prepared, and used in accordance with site requirements  Coordinating with crane operators, supervisors, project teams, and client representatives  Monitoring safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance across work fronts  Driving compliance with HSE, quality, permit-to-work, and site procedures  Supporting a strong safety-first culture and leading by example in the field  Requirements What We're Looking For  Demonstrated experience in a Rigging Supervisor, Cranes and Rigging Supervisor, or similar site leadership role  Strong experience across shutdowns, maintenance, turnarounds, and project work within heavy industry  High Risk Work Licence with Intermediate or Advanced Rigging, and Dogging highly regarded  Experience working within LNG, oil and gas, mining, resources, power generation, or heavy industrial environments  Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lift planning, rigging methodology, and safe work practices  Proven ability to lead crews safely and communicate effectively with site stakeholders  Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards  Current Driver’s Licence  Relevant site inductions, working at heights, confined space, EWP, gas testing, and first aid tickets highly regarded  Full Australian Working Rights Benefits Why Join EnerMech?  Competitive remuneration and future project opportunities  Work with a leading global provider of integrated industrial services  Opportunity to support major Gladstone-based projects and shutdowns  Strong safety culture and professional development pathways  Diverse a
