The Bridge Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural engineering analyses, designing engineering solutions, and managing project engineering for transportation-related structural projects within both the public agency and private markets. These responsibilities include: Serving in a lead or support technical role, depending on project complexity. Preparation of engineering calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and, at times, task or project management. Day-to-day structural engineering design decisions on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, including production and scheduling. Working in a team environment, both internally and externally. Active involvement in client interaction at the project level. Leverage engineering design software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation Write and complete technical reports and project correspondences.     “As employee-owners, we don’t just work here, we grow here.
