Job Title: Enterprise Sales
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid in office in NYC. Exceptional candidates outside the New York metropolitan area will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, agencies, and other strategic accounts.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and commercialization strategies.
- Present BranchLab's platform, products, and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to specific business needs and use cases.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Own contract negotiations and drive opportunities through successful close.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure successful handoff, implementation, and long-term customer success.
- Represent BranchLab at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities to increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive account expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases, products, channels, and services that deliver value to existing clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
