With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions. We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of. Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.
Your impact
At Mollie, every team runs on tools that need to work. The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for the SaaS and internal tooling stack that powers how we operate across 14+ locations, and this role sits right at the heart of it. As a Systems Engineer, you will take ownership of the platforms that thousands of Mollies rely on every day, from Google Workspace to Okta to HiBob, ensuring they are configured, integrated, and running at their best.
This is not a maintenance role. You will drive real improvements, build meaningful integrations, and shape how our internal platforms evolve as Mollie continues to grow. The work you do directly enables every team at Mollie to move faster, collaborate better, and focus on what matters most: building great products for the businesses we serve.
You will join a small, focused team of Systems Engineers and Service Desk professionals, working closely together with a clear mandate to raise the bar on how enterprise applications are managed and delivered across the organisation.
What you'll ship
- Own and continuously improve the Google Workspace environment, including advanced administration via GAM, to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity across Mollie.
- Manage and evolve the Atlassian suite, configuring Jira and Confluence to support effective project management and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Administer, configure, and integrate HiBob as Mollie's HRIS platform, ensuring accurate HR data management and reliable connections with internal and external systems.
- Maintain Okta for identity and access management, keeping access controls secure, consistent, and aligned with organisational needs.
- Keep comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations up to date, so the team can operate with clarity and confidence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise applications portfolio, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and raise the quality of the tools Mollies use every day.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer, with a track record of owning and improving complex SaaS environments.
- Advanced administration skills across Google Workspace, including hands-on experience with GAM, as well as strong working knowledge of Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and HiBob.
- Solid understanding of SaaS asset management and application lifecycle management principles, with the ability to manage a broad portfolio of tools with rigour and consistency.
- Experience administering and integrating HiBob as an HRIS platform, including configuring data flows and connecting it with internal and external systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, with a customer-first mindset and a genuine focus on user experience and service quality.
- The ability to maintain clear, thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations, keeping the team aligned and informed.
