General Description-Role Learn and develop technical skills and also have the opportunity to collaborate on projects and tasks that contribute to their professional development. Main Responsibilities Attend internal or external audits according to the auditor’s requirements, as well as other activities related to their role, including providing training when necessary. The job description is non-exhaustive. Responsible for complying with the internal work regulations, good practices of safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as for the proper and safe use of work tools. Responsible for behaving professionally both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and for complying with the company’s policies and practices. Support production by reviewing processes. Innovate, improve, and standardize current processes. Conduct time and motion studies. Requirements Mechatronic, Industrial engineering or related field. Candidates must be in their final semesters of a bachelor's degree or have graduated within the past year. Knowledge in NPI, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5´S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Knowledge in PLC (optional). Office Windows (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.) English: 70% proficiency (spoken and written).
