Impact In This Role As a Salesforce engineering leader at Fictiv, you will build and manage high-performing teams by making strategic, culture-aligned hiring decisions and using data to optimize capacity. You’ll foster an environment of ownership and continuous learning, coaching Scrum teams in Agile excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Build and take ownership of the Salesforce engineering team and drive excellence. Brainstorm ideas of how to improve training, process, hiring, etc Participate in your team’s coaching, personal development, performance management, and career growth. Set clear expectations and goals for team members and create opportunities for team members to showcase their work Facilitate team-building activities Build an in-depth understanding of the code owned by the team. Encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration Identify and address recurring issues in development cycles and improve speed of development. Ensure code quality and best practices Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in understanding the requirements and translating them into technical designs. Provide high-level technical recommendations, approaches, and feedback.
