We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this high-impact team. About the Role As an Engineering Manager for FME, you will combine technical leadership, strategic execution, and people management to guide a team of highly skilled engineers. You will be responsible for: People Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, grow, and nurture a world-class team of engineers in Bengaluru. Provide continuous career framework guidance, technical training, and constructive performance evaluations. Execution & Delivery: Drive agile, iterative development cycles with a short customer feedback loop. Ensure the team delivers consistently on module-level and cross-company priorities (including integration into Harness 3.0 and the Unified Data Platform). Technical Governance: Own engineering excellence, operational rigor, and product quality.
