As our Engineering Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our product features are delivered to market smoothly, efficiently, and with impact. 🌟 WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE : 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Own system architecture and technical direction across products  Drive design decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability  Lead design reviews and ensure high engineering standards   Provide technical guidance and unblock teams on complex problems   2. Engineering Excellence & Delivery Establish and enforce best practices across development, testing, and deployment   Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable system delivery   Drive continuous improvement in performance, stability, and engineering processes   Partner with Product to ensure strong execution and predictable delivery   3.
