Team Delivery & Culture - Foster a high-trust, inclusive, and continuously improving team environment. - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Product, Compliance, and Business to deliver impactful outcomes. - Lead incident response, retrospectives, and process improvements with a focus on learning and operational excellence. ABOUT YOU: - 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role. - Proven experience working in Java and Python-based systems. - Deep understanding of third-party APIs, data integration, and secure data transmission protocols (REST, SOAP, OAuth, etc.). - Understanding of Microservices, AWS, CI/CD Pipelines, Springboot, Caching Mechanism - FinTech or Payments experience is required – especially with processors, gateways, or financial data providers. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing engineering talent. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong decision making, ability to influence engineering teams & product stakeholders to move forward. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
