This role is ideal for a seasoned software engineer who enjoys staying hands-on with code while also driving the squad’s technical direction in close collaboration with  Product Management.  The Engineering Lead will play a pivotal role at the intersection of architecture, hands-on coding, and team enablement—helping the squad make smart technical decisions and deliver high-quality solutions at pace. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Own the technical direction and architecture for the squad’s scope, ensuring it aligns with company-wide engineering principles and system design Champion engineering good practices by writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality and tested code Squad Enablement Work closely with Product Management to transform product requirements into well-architected technical solutions, proactively surfacing trade-offs that will support decision making Drive sprint execution by supporting the engineering team in successfully delivering their sprint goals Mentor other engineers to continuously grow their technical skills Be accountable for squad delivery Recruitment process Talent Acquisition screening call  Hiring Manager interview (Technical & Leadership) Culture fit with VP Product Final interview with CTO
