If you're hungry to engineer something that matters, Scout Motors is where that ambition finds its highest gear.  What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace.     Your engineering ingenuity, wonder & magic in coming up with a powertrain that supports the concepts will be instrumental in shaping the perception of Scout as a brand, as well as gaining peer admiration in the automotive industry.      The essence of this role is to:   Own development and integration of assigned drive system functions and calibration activities.   Serve as a technical contributor for driveability calibration and function development within assigned systems.   Take over responsibility for requirements definition and function design   Calibrate & create with collaboration, a Scout specific driving experience that allows other teams to contribute and implement their necessities    BEV: Modify vehicle and powertrain calibration of drivability functions and torque paths   Liaise with the powertrain hardware and chassis tuning team to propose technical input    Lead calibration execution and validation activities within assigned feature scope across prototype and serial development phases.   Partner with other concept & systems architect teams to come up with solution to engineering & functional challenges    Hands-on prototyping and building capability, from initial operation to coordinating and implementing software   Be involved other related tasks / activities as required   Independently manage assigned calibration and function-development activities, with work rev
