At  Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), we show up for pets and the people who love them on some of their hardest days. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, believe teamwork makes the difference, and want to work somewhere your voice truly matters — this could be your place. IMPORTANT NOTE: Our Saginaw location is currently open Fridays 7p until Monday 730a. Who We Are EVCC was created by veterinarians, for veterinarians — and for the communities they serve. Founded by 36 local general practice veterinarians (many still actively involved today), we were built to support the veterinary community, not compete with it. Our Saginaw location is proud to provide trusted, emergency-only care to the region. But what truly defines EVCC isn’t just what we do — it’s how we do it. WE Lead with compassion Support each other without ego Communicate openly and professionally Value every role on the team Recognize that emergency medicine is demanding — and take care of our team because of it What Life Is Like at EVCC We genuinely care about whoever walks through our doors — whether it’s a critical patient, an anxious pet parent, or a teammate who needs support during a tough shift. Emergency medicine is intense. It’s emotional. It’s unpredictable. But it’s also deeply meaningful. As a Client Service Representative, you are often the very first and last interaction a client has with our hospital. You are the steady, compassionate presence in moments of fear and uncertainty. You are not “just the front desk.” You are the heartbeat of the client experience. Your voice matters here. Your growth is encouraged. Your role is essential. Your Role as a Client Service Representative (CSR) - Swing As a CSR at EVCC, you are the bridge between our medical team and the families we serve. You help create clarity in chaos, provide empathy in stressful moments, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly from the front lines. Whether you’re new to veterinary medicine or bringing years of experience, our CSRs are the backbone of our EVCC team. If you love animals and enjoy helping people, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career in veterinary medicine. This shift will be bridging the gap between am and pm shifts - ideally looking for 11a-11p or 12p-12a.  WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You : Are positive and approachable Are a team player Have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills Are energized by a fast-paced environment Possess a strong desire to learn and grow WHAT YOU’LL DO Anticipate client needs and provide empathetic, timely service Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and the clinical team Greet clients and ensure they are seen by a doctor as promptly as possible Help clients understand and navigate financial options Support smooth workflow and case progression through strong teamwork Coordinate with referring veterinarians and expedite medical records Accurately input client and patient information Process payments and maintain detailed records Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming Ensure clients leave with clarity, confidence, and a positive experience This role requires emotional intelligence, resilience, organization, and heart.
