This role is ideal for licens ed  electricians, electrical technicians, maintenance electricians, and  skilled  trades professionals who want to combine technical expertise with teaching and mentorship. Work Schedule   Full-Time Schedule Options: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Afternoon/Evening Shift: Monday – Thursday, 1:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Teach electrical theory, wiring methods, systems, and troubleshooting in both classroom and lab settings Deliver engaging instruction aligned with industry standards, codes, and workforce expectations Instruct students on the proper and safe use of tools, materials, and equipment, emphasizing OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures Create a positive classroom and lab environment that supports student engagement, collaboration, and retention Maintain and update lesson plans, instructional materials, and lab activities in collaboration with program leadership Monitor and document st
