We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom . This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme. Responsibilities: Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme Attend daily and weekly site meetings Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use Identify and notify project management of variations and delays Requirements Relevant Electrical trade qualification Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment Data centre experience is advantageous Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Benefits Opportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry   Working on large scale data centre projects  Collaborative team working environments  Career progression and development supported  Competitive salary packages    Winthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer
