Felix Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent that will lead the construction efforts of water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the Phoenix metro area ($250k – $20M). The Individual must have water/wastewater industry or similar heavy construction experience leading crews.  Requires advanced construction experience, leadership skills and training ability.   With deep field experience and a thorough understanding of piping design, materials, and installation practices, you’ll guide teams through technical challenges, support field execution, and uphold project specifications. Occasionally working hands-on alongside crews, you’ll foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
