ESTIMATED PAY RANGE Engineer I: $40.45–$46.52/hour Engineer II: $44.14–$50.76/hour Engineer III: $47.83–$55.00/hour Senior Engineer: $51.51–$59.24/hour Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations. JOB SUMMARY As a Electrical Product Engineer in Faribault, MN, you will: Support manufacturing‑focused electrical product engineering with an emphasis on product transfers, new product introduction (NPI), and production readiness Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring/harness designs, wire‑kit documentation, and manufacturing‑ready BOMs Drive electrical DFMA improvements, BOM commonization, and design simplification across product lines Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve production issues and ensure smooth factory launches Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, and change records using electrical CAD and document‑control systems Contribute to the reliability, consistency, and manufacturability of industrial electrical products and electromechanical assemblies Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in Northfield, Owatonna, Dundas, Medford, Lakeville, Farmington, Waseca, and Lonsdale, and the greater southern Twin Cities metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of manufacturing‑focused electrical product engineering experience Proficient with electrical CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar Strong experience with electrical schematics, wiring/harness design, wire‑kit documentation, and BOM commonization Skilled in electrical DfMA and design optimization for manufacturability Experience supporting product transfers, NPI, factory launches, or production issue resolution Background in industrial power equipment, control panels, UL‑regulated p
