About Us Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. Role overview We are looking for experienced Electrical Engineering and Signal Processing experts to review AI training tasks created for advanced research environments. This is a short-term, remote freelance opportunity focused on evaluating whether technical problems are scientifically realistic, well-designed, and correctly graded. You will not be expected to solve the full problems yourself. Instead, your role is to assess task quality, identify issues, and provide structured feedback. Each task typically takes 30–90 minutes , and the project is best suited for experts who can start immediately and contribute around 15 hours over the next few days . CONTRACT: Short-term freelance / contractor assignment COMMITMENT: Around 15–20 hours total, with strong availability in the next few days LOCATIONS: Remote — Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Turkey, Vietnam, USA NOTES: Background check required before the start Responsibilities Review AI training problems related to Electrical Engineering and Signal Processing Assess whether tasks are scientifically realistic, technically sound, and clearly designed Evaluate whether grading criteria and expected outputs are correct and consistent Identify ambiguity, missing information, incorrect assumptions, or flawed task design Provide clear written feedback and detailed annotations Work independently in a remote task-based environment Complete individual review tasks within the expected 30–90 minute timeframe Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all reviewed tasks Requirements PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a closely related field; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering with Signal Processing Ability to review advanced technical problems and judge their scientific quality Working knowledge of Python programming Ability to start immediately
