Talent 360 is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated Electrical Design Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions and contributing to the successful execution of multidisciplinary building projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment. About the Role As an Electrical Design Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for designing electrical building systems, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low-current, grounding, and lightning protection systems. Perform electrical load calculations and prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation. Produce, review, and update electrical drawings, layouts, and construction documents using industry-standard software. Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Ensure all electrical designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client project requirements. Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and multidisciplinary coordination sessions. Support project delivery throughout all design stages while maintaining technical accuracy and quality standards. Review design outputs and identify practical solutions for technical challenges. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks. Work Details Company: Talent 360 Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: On-site Location: El Mohandeseen Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 2–7 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering. Proven experience within an engineering consultancy firm is required. Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, engineering principles, and international design standards. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, DIALux, and ETAP. Ability to manage design tasks independently while meeting project deadlines. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
