About the company: Our client is a leading provider of data management and IT solutions, specializing in high-performance computing and secure data storage. Job responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. - Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance. - Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety. - Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning. - Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation to regulatory agencies. - Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents. Job requirements: - Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field. - 2–3 years of on-site safety supervision experience in construction. - Valid DOSH Yellow Book and first aid certification; training in fire safety, working at heights, and confined spaces preferred. - Experience in data center, industrial, or high-tech facility construction a plus. - Familiar with EHS documentation, work permits, and site safety records. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
