This role is backend-focused and involves strong ownership of services, contribution to architectural decisions, and close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.   How your day-to-day work will look like:   ✅   Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot .   ✅   Build and  maintain  RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients .   ✅   Develop and operate microservices-based architectures in production environments .     ✅   Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of distributed systems .     ✅   Lead code reviews and enforce clean code, testing, and design best practices .     ✅   Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues .   ✅   Mentor semi-senior engineers and contribute to technical g
