Key Responsibilities Daily operations and optimization of online stores on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop & Lazada). Responsible for store set-up and design (SIS, Landing page, & Thumbnails) Update and maintain product information: description, pricing, images, etc. Coordinate with KAM to plan and execute e-commerce campaigns (Double Day, Mid-Month, Payday), Livestreams, and mega events. Manage store performance, including ratings, KPIs, and onsite exposure. Assist with product image/thumbnail editing (Photoshop/Canva/Figma). Execute visual merchandising, utilize seller tools, and optimize store layout. Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance (orders, revenue, competitor benchmarking, etc.). Build strong communication and coordination with internal teams, brand partners, and e-commerce platforms. Other tasks assigned by line manager. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; Photoshop/Canva/Figma skills preferred. Strong interest in beauty, fragrances, and luxury cosmetics. Good sense in artworks Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly responsible. Project management and problem-solving mindset; proactive and hands-on. Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
