​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: E-commerce Designer Compensation range: $1,600 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: We are an Australian-based e-commerce consultancy focused on helping brands grow and strengthen their presence on major online marketplaces, specialising in Amazon. Established several years ago, we are among the early agencies in Australia specialising in this space, with a leadership team made up of former Amazon employees. We are building a small, close-knit team and are looking for people who take ownership of their work and are keen to grow with us. Role Overview: We are looking for a full-time, Philippines-based E-Commerce Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience creating performance-driven visual content for online marketplaces. This person will work exclusively with our team as a direct hire, becoming an integrated member of our operations. The role is primarily focused on creating Amazon product imagery, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Storefronts for our portfolio of 40+ client brands. You will also create internal brand assets for our own business, including presentations, occasional point-of-sale materials, and web design. The work is a mix of AI-assisted design and manual design using Canva. We value people who are proactive, can think independently, and work autonomously. You must be comfortable switching between multiple brands and briefs quickly, working to brand guidelines, and communicating clearly when questions or issues arise in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities:  Amazon Creative Design product listing imagery that communicates key selling points and drives conversion Create A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content layouts and visuals Design Amazon Brand Stories and Brand Storefronts Produce lifestyle and infographic-style imagery for product listings Ensure all Amazon creative meets platform specifications and best practice guidelines Interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across multiple client brands Make visual recommendations that support listing performance goals Internal Brand & Business Creative Create branded presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing documents Design occasional point-of-sale materials, flyers, and marketing collateral Support web design tasks as needed Maintain and apply company’s brand guidelines across all internal assets Image Editing & Asset Management Perform light product image editing including cropping, resizing, and background removal Organise and manage design files and brand asset libraries Ensure consistency of visual assets across all deliverables Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the internal team to understand briefs and deliver to deadlines Over time, communicate directly with clients on artwork changes and feedback Proactively raise questions, flag issues, and suggest improvements Prioritise and manage your own workload across multiple brands and projects Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of e- commerce creative Demonstrated experience creating visual content that supports performance and conversion goals Proficiency in Canva for design creation and asset management Experience working with AI-powered design tools (or strong willingness to learn; training p
