About the Role The Dispatcher will support the daily operational coordination of the Traffic Control department. This role is responsible for real-time communication with field crews, customers, and supervisors, as well as monitoring work zones through live camera systems. The Dispatcher will help ensure that field operations are properly coordinated, client requests are handled on time, incidents are escalated quickly, and all operational information is accurately documented for reporting and payroll purposes. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills in English.
