With a focus on seasonality, precision, and thoughtful hospitality, Hiroki offers a refined dining journey that blends artistry, ceremony, and warmth   Explore the concept:  https://hirokisan.com/   Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:     Candidates must have PM availability for Wed - Sat nights     Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness   Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines   Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment   Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas   Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces   Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment   Support the kitchen team by assisting with various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness   Strong, upbeat and positive personality   Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail   Passion for food, beverage and hospitality   Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment   Team and family-oriented mentality   Dependability   Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time   Ability to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbs   Job Types: Full-time
