What You’ll Present  The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishware, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping prep food items in down time. Responsibilities: Always follows supervisors’ direction Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease. Wash dishes and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, also clean kitchen equipment Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards Maintains a positive and respectful approach with everyone Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair to management Opens and closes kitchen following standard specifications set by management Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
