JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Utilities to lead our utilities division. This senior leadership role involves strategic oversight and management of all utility-related activities across multiple projects. You will be responsible for setting the vision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving excellence in utility planning, design, and implementation. As the Director - Utilities, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure utility services are seamlessly integrated and executed to meet organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Your leadership will be critical to advancing JASARA PMC's commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for the utilities division aligned with corporate objectives. Provide leadership and direction to utility managers and teams to achieve project and organizational goals. Ensure all utility activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the utilities function. Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility providers, and clients to ensure effective collaboration. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate utility-related challenges. Promote innovation and continuous improvement in utility processes and standards. Represent JASARA PMC at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. Over 15 years of progressive experience in utility management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing large-scale utility projects and teams. Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of utility systems, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead change and drive innovation within the utilities function.
