We’re looking for an  Engineering Director, Integrations  to lead teams responsible for building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations that connect our platform with airline systems and third‑party services.   This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in complex, customer-facing environments and excels at systems thinking—viewing integrations not as one-off projects, but as configurable, reusable platform capabilities. You’ll help evolve integrations from bespoke implementations into a scalable integration platform that supports growth, repeatability, and long-term maintainability.   You’ll play a critical role in strengthening operating models, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring integration work scales with customer demand—without burning out teams. This is an opportunity to reshape how integrations are built and delivered, improve team health and morale, and create a durable foundation for future growth in a rapidly scaling SaaS organization.
