This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”         What You Will Do   Lead a multi-level, multi-functional ER organization with strategic influence across regions for Coupang Rocket Fulfillment Center. Set the technical and performance bar for ER practices and compliance standards. Design and implement company-wide ER strategies, including risk governance and labor-management stability. Drive simplification and process improvement while managing complex, high-stakes ER issues. Establish contingency plans and lead proactive risk management to protect organizational integrity. Mentor senior leaders and develop successors for critical ER roles.   Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or related field, 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure. Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape ER strategy across multiple geographies.
