As Director Ecommerce, you will shape the strategy behind branded website sales and help drive the next phase of online growth. This is a leadership role with broad influence across ecommerce performance, customer experience, and cross-functional execution, bringing together commercial thinking, digital expertise, and strong team leadership. Responsibilities Develop and implement the ecommerce strategy to improve customer experience, drive sales, and increase conversion rates. Oversee the ecommerce team, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver against business goals. Optimize the brand's online presence across websites, ecommerce platforms, and omnichannel strategies. Manage budgets and track performance against commercial objectives. Report on KPI performance, budget updates, and ecommerce growth plans to senior leadership or the board.
