Description
WelbeHealth PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We serve our most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.
The Director, Analytics partners with business and clinical leaders to solve complex operational and clinical challenges through data analysis, modeling, and strategic insights. This role combines analytics expertise, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes such as retention, care quality, operational efficiency, and satisfaction, while fostering strong relationships across the organization as a member of the WelbeHealth leadership team.

On the day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, analyze data, and develop creative, data-driven solutions that achieve business goals
Build trusted partnerships by using data, analysis, and modeling to improve key metrics, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes
Communicate analytical approaches, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Measure the impact of initiatives, adjust strategies as needed, and use data-driven insights to optimize business outcomes
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and strong emotional intelligence
Lead with influence and collaboration, prioritizing what’s best for the organization
Manage direct reports including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance oversight, as well as ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Job requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; relevant professional experience may be substituted; master’s degree preferred
Experience in improving business operations and financial and clinical outcomes using data and analysis is required
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on consultative analysis and collaborative problem-solving using data analysis, creativity, experience, and insight
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience understanding business and clinical processes and finding opportunities for improvement using data and insight
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical and business intelligence tools
Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading analysts through complex analytical challenges, combining hands-on expertise with strategic thinking to simplify complexity and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills with leaders, stakeholders, and users
