About the Search Director Role Our Search Directors operate as our representatives in the market and key thought partners to our clients and leaders in the healthcare industry - both on the operating and investing side. You will be asked to develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients, their markets, products/services, competition, and differentiation. You'll oversee executive search strategies and advise clients on talent needs, organizational design, and market dynamics, leveraging Oxeon’s proprietary networks and insights. You will utilize internal and external databases to source and engage potential executive-level candidates. You'll lead a team on each search that is responsible for contacting and deeply interviewing prospective candidates by telephone, video, or in-person meetings.
