About the Role Realtor.com is looking for a Director of Engineering, for the Consumer experience to be responsible for building and operating critical product experiences, platforms and services. This leader will oversee managers and senior technical leaders across multiple domains that support core revenue for the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate at both the organizational and technical levels. You will shape strategy, develop leaders, raise the engineering bar, and guide modernization efforts across web, mobile, and service boundaries. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and peer engineering organizations to deliver customer value while improving speed, quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
