Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Computer Science or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on digital transformation in the public sector. Experience in developing digital strategies, operating models, and implementation frameworks. Strong understanding of digital governance, agile methodologies, and organizational change management. Knowledge of business case development, value realization, and KPI-driven performance management. Proficiency in technology trends such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
