We trust our people to deliver, so when you work with OES, you will join a team who are empowered to impact every day.   The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Digital Product Associate, to support the ongoing improvement of our student-facing digital experiences. In this role, you'll help manage and maintain the product backlog across our university partner websites, assisting with the prioritisation and delivery of enhancements that improve the student experience. Working closely with UX/UI, Delivery, Technology and Marketing teams, you'll gather user feedback, contribute ideas for website improvements, and help ensure digital initiatives are delivered smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in digital products, gain exposure to agile ways of working, and develop their product management skills in a supportive environment.   Your New Role: Support the product backlog, aligned to roadmap and business priorities Champion a customer-first approach, driving improvements in UX, engagement and conversion Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, UX/UI, CRO, Tech) to deliver high-quality digital experiences Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements in Confluence Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies Balance competing priorities (enhancements, defects, technical debt, SEO, security) Support QA, UAT and production validation during releases Communicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readiness Build strong relationships across Digital, Marketing, Operations and Technology Who We Need: You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Owner with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. You’ll bring: 2 years experience as a Product Owner/Associate (or similar) in agile environments Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience advantageous) Expertise in backlog management across multiple priorities Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting QA/UAT Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready solutions A strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking approach Bonus if you have experience with: Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, Salesforce CRO or digital optimisation environments Education, retail or high-volume customer-focused industries Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)   What’s In It For You?
