Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and basic observability. This person will support deployment workflows, containerized environments, platform reliability, and day-to-day DevOps operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, comfortable working with engineering teams, and able to communicate clearly in English with international stakeholders. This role is best suited for someone who has built or maintained pipelines, deployed services into Kubernetes environments, and worked with Terraform and monitoring tools in production settings. Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar. Deploy and support services running in Kubernetes environments. Work with Docker and containerized applications. Support Kubernetes deployment configurations, troubleshooting, and release workflows. Use and maintain existing Terraform or Infrastructure as Code configurations. Support basic observability practices, including dashboards, metrics, alerts, and APM integrations. Work with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar. Help connect Kubernetes clusters and applications to monitoring/APM tools. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency. Support production deployments and participate in incident troubleshooting when needed. Contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation. Requirements Advanced / C1 English or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes. Experience deploying services into Kubernetes environments. Experience with Docker and containerized applications. Working knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools. Basic observability experience, including monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, or APM setup. Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar tools. Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset. Ability to work hybrid, 4 days per week onsite near Av. Paulista in São Paulo. Nice to Have Experience with: Azure or AKS. AWS or GCP. ArgoCD, Flux, or GitOps practices. Cloud security best practices. Advanced Terraform or IaC design. High-growth or scaling technology environments. Mentoring junior engineers or supporting DevOps culture improvements. Tech Stack CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Containers: Docker, Kubernetes. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform. Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar. Scripting: Bash, Python. Cloud: Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP experience is also relevant. Practices: CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure automation, basic observability.
