We’re Looking for Builders. Level is looking for a Designer who can take an idea, a brief, or a rough concept and turn it into creative that actually performs. If you love the craft of design and the discipline of data in equal measure, this is your seat. This Isn't for Everyone This role moves fast, and it moves often. You'll juggle multiple live projects, tight platform specs, and feedback loops that don't wait around. You'll take direction well, but you'll also be expected to catch problems before they become someone else's problem. Ambiguity is part of the job. Briefs won't always be complete. Specs will change mid-project. You'll need to make smart calls, ask sharp questions, and keep moving without losing quality along the way. This is a collaborative seat, not a solo one. You'll work alongside strategists, copywriters, art directors, and developers, and you'll need to take feedback from senior creative team members and turn it into stronger work, every time. If you want static ownership over one lane and no exposure to performance data, this isn't the right fit. If you want to build creative that gets measured, tested, and improved, and you want to get better at that process every single day, keep reading. About Level Level is a performance marketing agency built for brands that expect more. We combine strategy, creative, media, and AI into one system designed to turn insight into compounding growth, not one-off wins. We're remote-first, which means we hire the best people wherever they are and build a culture around trust, clear communication, and real accountability. Our team spans the US and Canada, and we're united by a simple belief: good enough isn't. We move fast, we tell the truth, and we care about the outcomes our work actually drives for clients, not just the output we produce. We're building a diverse, high-performing team of people who take ownership, push each other to improve, and genuinely enjoy doing great work together. Your Role (and Impact) As a Designer on Level's Creative team, you'll create digital-first visual content across formats, including paid ads, social content, landing pages, and email, that aligns with client brand standards and drives real business outcomes. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to concept, design, and deliver creative that's built to perform, using AI-assisted tools where they help you move faster, iterate smarter, or test more. This is a multidisciplinary role. You'll move across design platforms and emerging creative technologies, and your work will directly shape how client campaigns land and how well they convert. What You'll Do: Execute visual design work from concept through final delivery across digital formats: paid ads, social, web, email, and display. Design creative for major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others) with a performance-first mindset. Apply brand guidelines and creative best practices consistently across all assets. Take projects from initial idea to completion, collaborating with creative strategists, copywriters, art directors, and developers. Take direction and feedback from senior creative team members and apply it to your work. Partner with client services, strategy, and media teams to make sure creative supports campaign goals from the start. Support quick-turn requests, including resizing, editing, and asset clean-up. Use data and feedback to refine designs after launch. Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow for rapid conce
