Responsibilities Lead the design team in developing innovative and effective design solutions for various projects. Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish design briefs and specifications. Oversee the entire design process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review and approve design proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and contributions. Conduct regular design meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform design strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and design standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design management role within the construction or engineering industry. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project design and management experience. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
