To deliver fuel to our customers, we have a 24/7 in-house haulage operation made up of over 650 drivers and a fleet of over 250 tankers. Greenergy Flexigrid operates out of over 20 depots nationwide, making over 182,000 deliveries to 3,100 customers each year.  Join us as Depot Operations Manager and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused depot operations. You'll oversee all aspects of depot performance, from resource planning and team leadership through to compliance, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service. We're looking for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational and commercial responsibilities. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support the ongoing success of the depot and wider business.
