Description
ABOUT ENT Ent is the intent-aware workspace security platform for securing human and AI-driven work. Built to protect productivity, the new attack surface, Ent understands not just what users and agents do but why, and intervenes at the moment of risk before incidents occur. Where existing tools see events, Ent sees intent, so security teams can step in at the moment of risk instead of investigating days later. Founded by Lou Manousos and Brandon Dixon, co-founders of RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft) and the team behind Microsoft Security Copilot, Ent is in production with Global 2000 customers across hospitality, financial services, and defense, and backed by Decibel, Sequoia, Crosspoint Capital, Craft Ventures, Shield Capital, Felicis, and In-Q-Tel. We’re now hiring the team that will define this category. HOW WE WORK Customer first. The product and the business are built around problems we’ve watched real security teams struggle with — not the other way around. Every roadmap conversation starts with what a CISO told us last week. Humble. No drama. We hire people who share the mission and trust each other to deliver. Teamwork over showmanship. Accountability over politics. The work speaks louder than the person doing it. Urgency. The window to build a durable security company in the AI era is open right now and it will not stay open. The shot clock has started. We move at the speed of the people we want to protect. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the engine that turns Ent's category-defining product into pipeline. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll own demand across channels, scale pipeline, and do it as a builder leveraging AI to move fast. We're looking for a growth marketer who thinks strategically and who is energized by building programs from scratch in a fast-moving startup. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE (RESPONSIBILITIES) - Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, digital, webinars, field events, and partner marketing, with pipeline growth as the north-star metric. - Build and scale pipeline in partnership with sales - Design and run field marketing programs including events, workshops, executive briefings as a primary near-term growth lever, prioritizing buyer education over pure spend. - Develop and manage partner marketing programs that expand reach through the ecosystem. - Leverage AI natively across the workflow — content, campaign creation, analysis, and operations — to build and ship more. - Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that educate a technical, security-minded audience on Ent's approach to intent-aware prevention. - Build reporting and analytics to measure pipeline contribution, program ROI, and funnel efficiency, and to inform where to invest next. - Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to align programs to revenue goals and go-to-market priorities. - Establish the processes, cadences, and infrastructure that let demand generation scale as the company grows. WHAT YOU’LL BRING (REQUIREMENTS) - 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role. - A track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, ideally from $5-10M to $50-100M. - Startup or high-growth experience, with a hands-on, builder mindset — comfortable executing directly rather than relying on a large team or agencies. - AI-native approach to marketing: you instinctively ask how AI can help you build, create, and analyze faster. - Experience across multiple channels, including field events and, ideally, partner marketing. - Comfort operating with ambiguity and change, and building programs and processes from the ground up. - Excellent collaboration skills, particularly partnering with sales to align on and drive pipeline. - Familiarity with our stack of HubSpot, Asana, Figma, Canva, Camtasia is helpful, but no hard tooling req
