Genesis Recruiting is seeking a skilled Day Hab Program Manager specialized in OPWDD services to oversee and manage day habilitation programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves ensuring compliance with OPWDD regulations, managing staff, and delivering high-quality program services that promote independence, skill-building, and community integration. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of OPWDD-approved Day Hab programs, ensuring alignment with state regulations and organizational standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans (ISPs) that promote participant growth and independence. Supervise, train, and support program staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure program compliance with all OPWDD policies, procedures, and quality assurance requirements. Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling to optimize program effectiveness. Coordinate with families, caregivers, and external agencies to support participants’ needs and goals. Monitor and report on program outcomes, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Promote community inclusion through organizing activities and partnerships that enhance participant engagement. Requirements Requirements for this role include: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing OPWDD Day Hab programs or similar services. Comprehensive knowledge of OPWDD regulations, policies, and best practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners. Strong commitment to person-centered planning and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities.
