Description
AWS · Data Warehouse Team · Hybrid Build the cloud data platform behind enterprise-scale telecommunications analytics — on a team small enough that your code actually ships and your decisions actually count. We're hiring a hands-on Data Engineer who loves untangling messy data problems, building pipelines people can rely on, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams who depend on them. You won't be a cog in a 40-person org chart. You'll own real surface area, shape technical direction, and see your work in production fast. Our stack is modern and fully AWS-native: S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and Terraform , with SQL and Python as your daily drivers. What you'll do Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines across our AWS environment Ship scalable reporting and analytics solutions on cloud-native tooling Partner directly with stakeholders to turn fuzzy requirements into clean data products Write SQL and Python that's reliable, readable, and built to last Evolve our data warehouse architecture and data models Manage infrastructure the right way — Terraform and IaC, not click-ops Bring ideas to solution design and continuous-improvement conversations Diagnose data-quality issues and pipeline failures, and keep production stable What you bring 5+ years as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar Strong, daily-use SQL and Python for data processing and pipeline work Hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue) A track record building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines Genuine communication skills — you can hold your own with cross-functional stakeholders Comfort contributing to technical analysis and solution discussions Happy with a hybrid setup Nice to have Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery) CI/CD practices Agile team experience Why you'll want in Modern tooling, no legacy baggage — a clean AWS-native stack Real ownership — contribute directly to technical decisions and platform improvements Scale that matters — enterprise-grade telecom and analytics platforms A lean, senior team — work closely with experienced technical leadership and grow fast Sound like your kind of problem? We'd love to talk.
