The Role: Data Scientist: We are hiring a Data Scientist to join our data team, which plays a central role in shaping cross-company decisions across GTM, Product, and Business functions. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models on business-related data - Apply statistical methods to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights - Partner with stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Business teams to identify opportunities and solve high-impact problems - Support deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of models in production environments Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Data Science - Strong statistical background - Solid understanding of classical machine learning models and algorithms - Experience working with business data (e.g., product, marketing, revenue, user behavior) - Proficiency in Python and SQL - Experience with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) - Experience working with Git Tech stack: - Data warehouses and platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks – required - Experience working in modern data environments and pipelines Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – required - Master’s degree in a relevant field – preferred Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in production environments - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment - This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of data, product, and business, and have a direct impact on company-wide decisions.
