Role: Data Operations Associate Location: This role will be remote in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii Reports to: Donor Systems Manager  Eligibility: Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required. The Trevor Project will not sponsor a work visa for this role Classification: Nonexempt Full Time Union Role? Yes  Starting Salary Range: $30 - $31 per hour  Summary:  This role will be a key technical resource supporting The Trevor Project's donor systems and revenue channels. The Data Operations Associate is responsible for the health, integrity, and flow of fundraising data, primarily through maintaining data synchronization processes, developing reporting, and managing third-party integrations essential for revenue operations. This position ensures accurate and timely data is available to inform fundraising strategy and donor relations.
