Knowledge Centre India (KCI) Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements. The CV Capture team plays a critical role in enriching and maintaining high-quality candidate records on database by leveraging trusted sources such as LinkedIn, Boardex, and CVs. Their core responsibility is to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent, thereby supporting informed decision-making and delivering reliable talent insights. In addition to profiling executive candidates and validating key career data for global search mandates, the team upholds strict data privacy standards while handling sensitive information. They also contribute to broader firm initiatives, including language-specific tasks like document translation, managing the Qualification Check process, and supporting content creation such as Newsletters. Known for their attention to detail, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management, the team consistently delivers high-quality outputs within business timelines, enabling seamless collaboration across geographies and enhancing data-driven leadership advisory. Shift Timing: 7AM to 4PM in the morning and 3PM to 12AM in the evening. Requirements Job Purpose The purpose of this position is to maintain a database of candidates in the company's Database Application to facilitate executive search. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Add and update information in a proprietary database, classifying and categorizing it appropriately according to defined standards. Ensure the quality of information entered in the database is error-free. Code : Classify information in the database under the following categories for easy and accurate reference: Function performed by the candidate Company/Business Sector the person is working in Position at which the candidate is working Profile Creation : Create profiles and other required documents. Qualification Check : Verify the academic qualifications of candidates as per client requirements. Data Transfer : Transfer confidential candidate and company information from documents into the database. Interaction with Client : Communicate directly with clients regarding queries Reporting and Dashboard creation Skills Required Personality: The successful candidate
