What You'll Architect Translate business needs into structured data management and governance solutions Design and implement data governance frameworks covering metadata, quality, and master data Enable organisations to manage and structure their data assets across complex environments Implement data management solutions using tools such as Collibra, Talend, or Informatica Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems and processes Support the definition of data ownership, stewardship, and governance structures Contribute to data privacy, security, and compliance initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to embed governance into day-to-day operations Contribute to the evolution of data management practices (cloud, unstructured data, emerging regulations) Support the design of scalable data environments that enable analytics and AI use cases Who You Are You understand that without trusted data, no intelligent system can function You think in terms of structure, control, and sustainability rather than just tools You bring order and clarity to complex and fragmented data landscapes You are pragmatic — focused on making governance work in real environments You are curious about evolving data ecosystems, including cloud and data privacy What You Bring Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Master Data Management Experience working with enterprise data environments and data assets Professional working proficiency in Dutch or French and English Technical & Functional Skills Knowledge of data governance principles (metadata, data quality, MDM) Experience with data management tools (Collibra, Purview, Talend, Informatica, or similar) Understanding of data landscapes, storage, and enterprise data flows Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance concepts Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems Ability to connect governance with business value and operational processes Nice-to-haves Exposure to data architecture or data engineering concepts Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, etc.) Rewards - What We Offer at Keyrus Growth At Keyrus we have created an environment where people are supported, challenged and connected to the people around them.
