 We are looking for a  Data Entry Specialist  with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy. Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents. Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information. Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections. Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality. Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review. Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data. Skills & Qualifications: Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required). Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus. Requirements Fast typing speed (minimum  45–50 words per minute ) with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing). Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Previous experience in data entry, banking, or onboarding is a plus. Benefits Why Join Us?
