Responsibilities: Data Architecture & Modeling • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, efficient data architectures. • Build logical and physical data models using industry-standard tools such as Erwin (or equivalent). • Design high-quality Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams following best practices in normalization, naming conventions, metadata, and data governance. • Reverse engineer existing databases and schemas into ERDs, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and clarity. • Manage schema lifecycle and change control, including versioning, impact assessment, and controlled deployment across environments. • Translate source system structures into consolidated, analytics-ready data models for data warehouses and marts. Data Engineering & ETL/ELT Development • Design and build end-to-end data pipelines using both low-code/no-code and code-based tools, including SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Alteryx, Power Automate, and related technologies. • Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows across diverse data sources. • Implement ETL/ELT best practices to ensure reliability, accuracy, scalability, and performance. • Support the creation of data warehouses, data marts, and reusable data assets for analytics, reporting, and visualization. • Troubleshoot pipeline, performance, and data quality issue
